About

The lower section of Nahal Peres is a long, one-way route from the Peres pools down toward Arava junction. It has water crossings but no swimming, and rappels: first a short one, then the long drop known as 'the Window'.

Difficulty is moderate to hard, mostly because of the length. The season is spring, and the state of the pools depends on the last flood.
